Minutes of the General Body Meeting of IAMM TAPC CHAPTER
General body meeting of IAMM TAPC Chapter was held on the
afternoon of 1st February 2020, at the Conference venue.
The following resolutions are made in the meeting :
1. Annual financial
statement for the year 2019-2020
submitted by Joint Secretary Dr. Sailaja to the house and approved.
2. Dr. Nanda Kishore’s proposal for instituting a prize to
KNR University MD topper every year on the interest incurred from
fixed deposit of Rs. 50,000-00 donated
by him as a medal/cash prize has been
approved.
3. Venue of the next conference is decided as Nimra
Institute of Medical Sciences, Vijayawada as per the request of Dr. Srirama
Rao, senior member of the association,
on 29th 30th and 31st January 2021,
tentatively.
4. Resolution to limit the number and time of guest lectures
to facilitate more number of PG/Faculty papers and presentations in coming
conferences.
5. to continue the
organising secretary of the coming conference as Vice President of the
state chapter, is approved.
6. Resolution to suggest organising committees of coming
conference to work in coordination with the executive body regularly to update
the conference planning events and also to release the schedule of the
conference well ahead.
