Micrographia : Larva of Strongyloides stercoralis


Case History : 
A 40-yr old female patient presented with pain abdomen.
History of episodes of diarrhoea, nausea and vomitings in the past (on and off).
History of weight loss is present.
No significant findings on examination except pallor.
HIV status : negative
Stool examination : wet mount showed actively motile larvae of Strongyloides stercoralis. (see the video)
