Sir
Sub:Hosting 2017 XX TAPC chapter annual conference for two
days-request,regarding
I am happy to
inform you that Department of Microbiology,RMC,Kakinada will host the IAMM XX
TAPC chapter annual conference on 28th and 29th January
2017 at Kakinada.
In this regard
I would like to put forward a change in the organisation of CME and
Conference.I have been attending all the conferences of IAMM state chapter
since its inception. It is my observation that three days of CME and Conference
is not properly being utilised by PGs and Faculty. All the participants are
going away after they finish their papers/presentations.There are regular
zonal CMEs of UHS going on all over the State.
I have planned
to organise CME and Conference for two days on 28th and 29th
January 2017.
I am herewith
enclosing the tentative schedule for the same.
This is for
your information and acceptance to proceed with the preparations.
Yours Sincerely
K.R.L.Surya Kirani

Very good idea Dr.Suryakirani garu. I am unable to attend previous conferences because of MCI inspections during those scheduled days as friday invariably includes where we expect a team of MCI visiting Friday & Saturday. Generally team will not come on Saturday as Sunday being a public holiday. Please go a head with this proposal.
